New Year’ Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

VACATION
After a waiting period of 90 days, eligible employees can utilize accrued vacation time. Initially, employees earn 10 vacation days for each year of service. After 3 years of service, employees earn 15 vacation days for each year. After 10 years of service, employees earn 20 vacation days each year.

HEALTH INSURANCE
Full time employees are eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision 90 days after employment begins.

LIFE INSURANCE
AGI provides a basic life insurance plan to regular full-time employees, who have completed 90 days of service with the company.
|
SICK/PERSONAL TIME
After 90 days of employment, employee receives PTO leave at the rate of 6 days per year (1/2 day for every full-month of service) up to a maximum of 36 sick days.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
AGI will provide educational assistance to all regular full-time employees who have completed one year of service.
|
WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE
AGI pays the entire amount of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Premium which provides benefits to employees who experience injury or illness connected with employment.
